Welcome to White Oak Ridge Cattle Company. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered
White Oak Ridge Cattle Company provides premium beef sales, including but not limited to:
- Whole beef reservations and sales
- Half beef reservations and sales
- Custom processing and cutting services
- Various cut specifications and packaging options
- Delivery and pickup coordination
- Beef availability notifications
3. Eligibility
To use our services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
- Provide accurate and complete information when placing orders
4. Pricing and Availability
- Pricing is based on hanging weight (estimated 400 lbs for half beef, 800 lbs for whole beef)
- Price is $6.00 per pound hanging weight unless otherwise specified
- Final weight and total cost will be determined after processing
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions with advance notice
- Availability is limited and orders are fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis
- We sell out every year – early ordering is strongly recommended
- Current customers have first right of refusal for annual reorders
- Orders should be placed by May 1st to ensure processing in the same calendar year
5. Reservations and Deposits
- A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required to reserve whole or half beef
- Deposits are applied toward your final balance
- Reservations guarantee your place in the processing schedule
- Processing dates are subject to change based on animal readiness and processing facility availability
- Deposits can be paid online or through alternate payment arrangements
6. Order Process and Timeline
- We process once per year at the end of October
- Beef is typically ready for pickup by the first week of December
- Orders are processed through USDA-licensed facilities
- You will be notified of processing dates and pickup windows
- Cut sheets and processing instructions must be submitted by the deadline provided
- Failure to submit cutting instructions may result in standard cut processing
7. Processing and Cutting Instructions
- Custom cutting instructions can be provided via cut sheet
- Customers have the option to customize beef cuts with the local processor
- Processing facilities will follow your specifications to the best of their ability
- Some cuts may not be available depending on animal size and yield
- Standard processing fees are included in the price unless custom services are requested
- Quarters do not allow for custom cuts (we only sell halves and wholes)
- Customers may split a half with friends or family if desired
8. Payment Terms
- Deposit of $500 is due at time of reservation
- Final balance is calculated based on actual hanging weight at $6.00 per pound
- Final payment is due the first week of November (before pickup)
- Payment methods accepted: Online Payments via Credit Card
- Late payments may result in storage fees or forfeiture of order
- We reserve the right to hold orders until payment is received in full
9. Pickup and Delivery
Pickup:
- Pickup location will be at a central location in Northwest Arkansas (typically a large parking lot near Village on the Creeks in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers)
- Customers will be notified of specific pickup date and time
- Adequate freezer space and transportation must be arranged by customer
- A half beef provides approximately one year’s worth of beef for a family of four
- Customer must be prepared to transport frozen beef products
Delivery:
- Delivery fees are based on distance and order size
- Delivery dates and times will be coordinated with customer
- Customer must be present to receive delivery
- Adequate freezer space must be available at time of delivery
10. Product Quality and Guarantees
Quality Assurance:
- All beef is premium Black Angus cattle from 100+ year bloodline from Holder Farms
- Cattle are locally raised on Holder Farms – birthed, raised, and finished under our care
- All cattle are processed under 2 years of age (never old “cull cows”)
- Cattle are grass-fed and grain-finished for optimal tenderness and marbling
- No growth hormones used (unlike ~80% of store-bought beef)
- Live weight typically ranges from 1,200-1,600 pounds
- Hanging weight typically ranges from 750-900+ pounds
- Processing is performed at USDA-licensed facilities
- Beef is inspected and approved for sale
Our Commitment:
- Ethically raised beef by our family for yours
- Support for youth developing strong work ethic and animal stewardship
- Locally raised with complete traceability from birth to freezer
- Never from sale barn cattle with unknown history or medications
Satisfaction:
- We stand behind the quality of our beef
- Concerns about product quality should be reported within 30 days of receipt
- We will work with customers to resolve quality issues fairly
- Refunds or replacements are subject to verification and assessment
Limitations:
- Natural variations in meat color, marbling, and tenderness may occur
- Weight estimates are approximate; final weight determined at processing
- Some cuts may have natural variations in size and appearance
- We are not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery/pickup
- Grain-finished beef provides superior tenderness, marbling, and flavor compared to grass-finished beef
11. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Deposits are non-refundable once reservation is confirmed
- Cancellations made before processing scheduling may be considered on case-by-case basis
- Orders cannot be cancelled once animal has been processed
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to unforeseen circumstances (animal health, processing facility issues)
- If we cancel an order, full refund including deposit will be provided
12. Food Safety and Liability
- All beef is processed according to USDA regulations
- Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after receipt
- Beef should be stored at 0°F or below
- Follow safe handling and cooking guidelines
- We are not liable for illness or injury resulting from improper storage, handling, or preparation
- Consume beef within recommended timeframes for best quality
13. SMS/Text Messaging and A2P Compliance
13.1 SMS Consent and Opt-In
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from White Oak Ridge Cattle Company, which may include:
- Reservation confirmations
- Processing status updates and timeline notifications
- Pickup reminders and scheduling
- Availability alerts for beef inventory
- Cut sheet submission deadlines
- Service-related notifications
- Promotional offers and marketing messages (if you opt in)
- Customer service communications
- Important updates regarding your order
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.
13.2 Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for promotional content, and additional transactional messages as needed for active orders. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier’s plan.
13.3 Opt-Out and HELP Information
- To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us
- To get help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 479-323-2695
- After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out
- You can also opt out by contacting us at seth@worcattleco.com
- Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related notifications for active orders
13.4 A2P Compliance and Data Sharing
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except:
- Subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) – permitted only for service delivery
- Our SMS service provider for message delivery purposes only
We comply with all applicable regulations regarding Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging, including:
- 10DLC registration requirements
- TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) compliance
- Carrier-specific guidelines and filtering requirements
- The Campaign Registry (TCR) registration standards
13.5 SMS Data Retention
We retain SMS opt-in consent records and message logs as required by law and carrier regulations, typically for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and A2P requirements.

14. Intellectual Property

15. Limitation of Liability

- Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order in question
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We are not responsible for delays or inability to fulfill orders due to circumstances beyond our control (weather, processing facility issues, animal health, etc.)
- We are not responsible for losses due to improper storage or handling after delivery/pickup
16. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold White Oak Ridge Cattle Company harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your misuse of our products or services
- Any false or misleading information you provide
- Improper storage, handling, or preparation of beef products
- Failure to follow food safety guidelines
17. Dispute Resolution
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas.
Dispute Resolution Process:
- Initial disputes should be directed to our customer service team
- If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation
- Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Benton County, Arkansas
18. Insurance and Licensing
White Oak Ridge Cattle Company maintains:
- All necessary agricultural and business licenses
- Compliance with USDA regulations
- Partnerships with USDA-licensed processing facilities
19. Customer Responsibilities
As a customer, you agree to:
- Provide accurate contact and delivery information
- Submit cutting instructions by specified deadlines
- Arrange adequate freezer space before pickup/delivery (half beef requires significant freezer capacity)
- Make timely payments according to agreed terms
- Follow proper food storage and handling guidelines
- Pick up orders within specified timeframes
- Transport beef products safely and promptly
20. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:
- Severe weather conditions affecting livestock or processing
- Natural disasters
- Animal health issues or disease outbreaks
- Processing facility closures or delays
- Government restrictions or regulations
- Supply chain disruptions
21. Privacy and Data Collection
Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy, including how we handle SMS/text messaging data in compliance with A2P regulations.
22. Marketing Communications
Email Communications:
By providing your contact information, you may receive:

- Availability alerts and reservation reminders

SMS/Text Communications:
SMS communication terms and opt-out procedures are detailed in Section 13 of these Terms. You may opt in or opt out of text messages independently from email communications.
23. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email, website notice, or SMS (if you’ve opted in to text messages).
24. Entire Agreement
