All cattle are grass fed.  We understand that “grass fed” is the current “shiny thing,” but have found that most that are asking about it don’t fully understand what they’re asking or getting when it comes to the final product.  We finish on grain.  There’s no debate that gain-finished beef is more tender, juicy, and flavorful thanks to the extra marbling developed during the final feeding phase.  It also has a more consistent taste and texture that most consumers prefer over the leaner and tougher profile of grass-“finished” beef.
