Meet the Holder Family
White Oak Ridge Cattle Company was established to provide Northwest Arkansas with some of the highest quality beef you will find anywhere in the United States. The genetics of our Black Angus cattle from Holder Farms date back over 100 years. That’s over a century of refinement to produce the quality of cattle that we offer today.
These cattle teach the three Holder children about animal stewardship, food origination, and hard work. If you visit our rolling acreage on the outskirts of Pea Ridge, Arkansas, you will find Wyatt, Hank, and Annie involved with the daily care of the land and livestock. Our cattle have access to fresh water and acres of pasture at all times. They are grass-fed and grain-finished, providing you with some of the most tender and marbled beef you’ve ever had. When you purchase from White Oak Ridge Cattle Company, you can count on ethically-raised, quality beef that is locally raised by our family for yours.

I’m glad you asked. For starters, quality. In our opinion, we raise some of the best beef money can buy and we do it the old fashion way-time and money. We do not use growth hormones. ~80% of beef purchased from the store have been given growth hormones.
-
Also, did you know that ~25% of the ground beef you purchase at the store is imported? Did you know that it does not have to be labeled as imported? Beef can be labeled “Product of USA” even if it’s imported, as long as it’s repackaged or minimally processed once it arrives in the U.S. This loophole stems from USDA rules that allow meat from other countries to carry the U.S. label if it’s processed at a USDA-inspected facility domestically. As a result, many consumers have no idea they’re buying imported beef.
-
Everything we sell comes straight off of Holder Farms. They’re birthed, raised, and finished under our care. When cattle are purchased from the sale barn, the buyer has no idea what the history is or what all medications/hormones were given.
Pick up will be at a central location in NWA. In the past, I have used a large parking lot near Village on the Creeks in the Pinnacle Hills area of Rogers.
